To celebrate our new shop opening, we are helping you out with your Xmas gift giving by offering a $75 gift card for $50, which comes posted to you ready to be gifted! There is one catch though: You must give it as a present to someone else, and they can only redeam it after Xmas day.
So, if you get this gift card here is exactly what you get:
- A lovely printed gift card posted to you for free! It will have $75 written on it and a space for you to write your name.
- A unique code on the card which entitles you to a $75 discount on any purchase, valid from 25/12/2025.

You must gift this card to someone else! We are not going to be overly strict with this, if your mom gets you one we won't have a problem, but we do ask if you can please stick to the spirit of the gift we are giving. :)
- The whole voucher must be used at once. (If you really want to split it, please contact us and we can see what we can do for you).
- You may gift someone multiple vouchers, and they can use them in the same order.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years and expire on the 25/12/2027.
- Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing this gift card. If any are applied, you will recieve a voucher valued at 50% more than the total amount you paid for the voucher (rounded down to the nearest $1).
Postage costs
All small products, plant or snail orders are $3.99 flat postage. Large products, plant or snail orders are $10.99 tracked postage.
Express is a flat $13.99 no matter the order size other than a few specific giant items (like big tanks).
Any larger tanks are a flat $39 postage. We price the tanks at the Pickup price, and postage always costs us more than $50 for them, so we have to charge a bit extra.
Live Goods and Postage
All live goods are sent with express post for a flat $13.99. Purchases for the week will be cut off SUNDAY - 8pm. All orders placed after that time may be sent on the following week.
Super Safe Postage
All parcels will have the "super safe express" postage option. It is optional, but if selected, we will go above and beyond with extra features to make sure your fish arrive safe.
These extra features (Thicker large parcels, larger and more bags, heating, extra insulation and water for each fish etc...) are expensive and not necessary for most parcels,
so we have made it optional for those who want to take the extra care. For rural locations or just if you want to make sure your fish will be extra safe it is recommended. All postage options still have the DOA guarantee however.
Pickup
Pickup is from our store located at: 153/313 Harris St, Pyrmont, Sydney, NSW. Please let us know before you come after placing your order so we can confirm it will be ready then.
Terms and Conditions
We will refund or replace any livestock that arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) but cannot guarantee your order will arrive on time since we have no control over the postage service. If you have any issues with your order please let us know.
