We guarantee all Dead On Arrival (DOA) livestock. Please take a picture of the plants or livestock in the bag and we will refund or replace all damaged items.
Please note that we are not the post office: We cannot do anything if your parcel arrives late or is damaged in transit, but we will Guarantee it anyway with a refund or replacement if there are any issues.
Otherwise, we do not generally accept refunds due to the difficulty of shipping live goods, but if you are not satisfied with your order, feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do!

We send all parcels on Monday-Tuseday, with the order cut-off time for the week being Sunday 2pm. Express should arrive Tuesday-Wednesday while parcels and letters arrive Wednesday-Monday depending on the post office.
