Q: How much is postage to X location?
A: All plants and snails are $4 for most orders or $11 for very large orders which require a parcel. All express postage (which is necessary for all other live products) is $14 flat no matter how large or far the order or location is. (If it goes above I will cover the extra as a thank-you)
Q: When will X be back in stock?
A: Feel free to ask us anytime, but we also post stock updates, new arrivals and price changes on our Facebook page and email update list. Feel free to sign up to the email update list as well (at the bottom of the page) which gets sent product updates and discounts/sales.
